59.3. Trial period. Regular time employees represented are subject to all contract terms when a regular time member is appointed to a monthly paid bargaining unit. This includes the need to serve a trial period. According to the perC file number. 16288-E-02-2699, The decisions of PERC 8315-PECB and 8315-B and RCW 41.56.203 recognize the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW), AFL-CIO and the Local Union as exclusive representatives of collective bargaining for all regular part-time workers. Section 7. The rights defined in this article are transferred to the bargaining unit as an ASE, regardless of current employment status. 45.9. Workers of planned or unscheduled working time, who must limit off-duty activities in order to be available for service, are compensated as follows: 45.13. Replacement lead (applicable only to the Health Care Professional/Laboratory trading technical unit). Non-lead classification workers, who are intended by the employer to play a leadership role in the absence of an employee in a lead classification, receive a premium of $2.00 per hour for all hours worked as part of the assignment. The university and the UAW herely agree that all professional titles in the collective agreements unit are covered by workers` insurance, with the exception of employees, in professional classifications related to scholarships. 5.3. Goals and timetables. On request, the employer will submit to the Union its positive action reports setting out the university`s objectives and timetables for employees of the collective agreements unit. The employer will discuss with EU representatives substantial changes affecting institutional employment conditions that generally affect workers in the collective agreement unit in a timely manner prior to the implementation date of these amendments, so that reasonable alternative proposals can be properly considered by the Union Joint Committee. Diversity, childcare and education provision are considered appropriate themes for the Union`s Joint Committee and the Management Committee.
9.5. Designation of planned working time/hours (only for non-prudential, supervisory and health/laboratory work units) 5.4. The parties agree that a member of the negotiation elected or selected by the Union is encouraged to take an active interest in positive action plans for each negotiating unit covered by this agreement.
